The rustic barn at The Rhynd is more than just an exclusive wedding venue, our team can cover everything from creating your dream ceremony space, to recommending the perfect caterer, and even the running of the day. All you’ll need to do is speak to a florist!

The details

The space

A luxury converted cattle shed in Scotland, The Rhynd Event Space has been sympathetically restored so that it retains many of the original features. We can accommodate up to 300 guests for a large celebration or 20 guests for a more intimate day.

Access

We believe that couples should have plenty of time at the venue in the lead-up to the big day, so we open the doors for you at midday, two days before you tie the knot.

Accommodation

Want to make a weekend of it? We have the beautiful Rhynd Farmhouse just 40 metres from the venue, which sleeps nine people. We can also recommend places to stay for your guests, with St Andrews close by there are plenty of options.

Corkage

We have an amazing bar team that can do everything from serving your own drinks to running a fully stocked cash bar. What’s more, we don’t charge corkage.

Garden space

We love it when couples hold their ceremony outside in our dedicated garden space. Don’t be fooled by the Scottish address, Leuchars is one of the sunniest places in the United Kingdom!

Finishing touches

Fancy a private chef the night before your big day? Or perhaps you want to take the stag party clay shooting? We can do all of that and much more, whether it’s a DIY BBQ, a catered hog roast or Highland Games.
