The Foster family have run the Leuchars Estate for more than 100 years.
Having historically been a mixed farm, the last 10 years have seen a huge amount of diversification. Today, The Rhynd is the hub of all our activities and is owned and run by Ed and Lisa, and Ed's mum Clarinda.

The Rhynd, meaning point or peninsular in Gaelic, is over 200 years old. Discover everything the estate has to offer from award-winning weddings to fitness, clay shooting and farm-to-fork dining.
Weddings
The Rhynd is the perfect place to tie the knot for parties of all sizes up to 250 people.
Café
We hero local produce, with everything cooked on site by our star chef Jack Baldwin.

Stay at the Rhynd
Our beautifully restored farmhouse sleeps up to nine people for stays of two nights or more.

We host various events throughout the year that include wine safaris, supper clubs and even baby showers.
Fitness
Our award-winning strength and conditioning gym hosts indoor and outdoor classes throughout the year.
Clay shooting
Rated in the top 10 per cent of attractions worldwide on Tripadvisor, we offer lessons and bookings for large groups.
Archery and axe throwing
Year-round archery and axe throwing lessons for complete beginners and experienced shots.
Car shows
Our monthly car meet, Bacon and Brakes, attracts 1000s of people and vehicles from all eras.
Farm
At the heart of the estate is the arable farm that grows wheat, barley, oil seed rape, oats and more.
Forestry
Blessed with ancient woodlands, we are in the process of reviving them, as well as planting more trees.
